Meet the Executive Director

Joan Ziebell joined Heatherwood Retirement Community in November 2012 after serving for more than 3 years as the Executive Director with another Frontier Community in Oregon. This experience, along with having owned her own business for several years in California, combines her strong management and operational expertise with her passion to serve our seniors. Joan is a certified Administrator in Oregon.
